This is a 4 hour facilitation that is customized to the needs of your team. The goal is to increase your team synergy so that the team becomes greater together than the sum of its parts working independently.
These are additional activities that may be selected such as the Leap of Faith, Challenge Course/Zipline, and the Climbing Wall/Zipline.
Need some follow through after the facilitation? I offer a limited amount of individual coaching with you or members of your leadership team within 90 days of the facilitation.
